Pricing
The guest tier is free forever and needs no account. You only pay when you want your inbox to outlive the session.
One address, right now, no account.
Keep your inbox across devices.
Permanent addresses and no ads.
Your own domains, built for test suites.
Prices are in Vietnamese đồng and include VAT. Plans can be cancelled at any time and take effect at the end of the current billing period.
If you are here to receive one confirmation code and then leave, the guest tier is the whole product and you should ignore the rest of this page. It costs nothing, needs no account, and the address at the top of the home page is already yours.
A free account is worth creating the moment you find yourself losing addresses you still wanted. It raises the address lifetime from ten minutes to a day, keeps messages for three days instead of one hour, and — the part people underestimate — ties your addresses to a login, so the address you created on your laptop is readable on your phone.
Pro is for people who have started treating a 9inbox address as a real, durable address for a particular service. Addresses stop expiring, messages are kept for ninety days, advertising is removed, and every domain including the premium ones becomes available. That last point matters more than it sounds: premium domains are deliberately kept off public disposable-domain blocklists, which is what determines whether a signup form accepts your address at all.
Business exists for teams rather than individuals. The API limit of six hundred requests per minute and five custom domains with catch-all delivery are aimed squarely at automated test suites: you point a domain you own at 9inbox, and every address under it — however many your tests invent — delivers into your account. Nothing about those addresses looks disposable, because they are not on anyone's list.
How payment, upgrades, and cancellation work.
Yes, and it is free in both senses: it costs no money and it asks for no account. The guest tier is supported by advertising on the free tiers, which is also why paid plans remove ads — you are paying for the thing the advertising was paying for.
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and your plan keeps working until then. Nothing is deleted at the moment you cancel; your account simply returns to the free tier limits afterwards, which means addresses over the free limit stop accepting new mail.
Messages older than the retention window of your new plan become eligible for deletion by the regular cleanup job. If you are moving from Pro to free, that means messages older than three days will be removed. Download anything you want to keep before you downgrade.
Yes. Annual billing is available on Pro and Business and is charged as a single payment for twelve months. The plan renews automatically unless auto-renewal is switched off in your account settings.
Vietnamese bank transfer and QR payment, plus the usual international card options. Prices are quoted in Vietnamese đồng including VAT; card payments in other currencies are converted by your issuer at their rate.
